4.1 Cross-Tenant Analytics

Premium tier customers can access aggregated, anonymized review statistics across all retailers selling the same product (identified by GTIN). This sharing is controlled by your account settings and can be disabled at any time.

4.2 Supplier Access

Brands and suppliers with a Supplier account can view aggregated review data for their products across all retailers. Individual customer information is not shared with suppliers.

4.3 Service Providers

We use third-party services to operate our platform:

• OpenAI: For AI-powered content moderation and analysis
• Cloud Hosting: For infrastructure and data storage
• Payment Processors: For billing and subscription management
• Analytics Tools: For platform monitoring and improvement
